according to Buddha
Anger will never disappear so long as thoughts of resentment are cherished in the mind. Anger will disappear just as soon as thoughts of resentment are forgotten.
if you, if you could return, don’t let it burn, don’t let it fade….
do you have to let it linger? do you have to, do you have to,

How strange that I stumbled on this post at this particular moment in time. Do I have to let it linger? Good question. After all, there is only so much room in the head and the heart, so I should be more judicious about what I carry around in there.
i always believe things come to us when we need them…so i glad you could linger and question…if it doesn’t serve you let it go…thanks kindly for your comment.
I love those first 2 lines.. ( and the photos!) resentment can be very hard to let go but it is essential for wellbeing.
ahhhh well apparently Buddha had a lot to say…living in/with/through/among anger must be exhausting…i have learned if it does not serve me…i let go…there is so much love in the world…i make a choice to be with loving beings…thanks for stopping by and commenting Helen…i appreciate your kindness.
