according to Buddha

Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment.

i was looking for a breath of life
a little touch of heavenly light
but all the choirs in my head sang,
no oh oh

  1. The blurred umbrella shot is outstanding

  2. hedy, i love the photos from your travels. i won’t call them ‘travel shots’ because they are so much more than that. my camera, like yours, has a penchant for blue doors, bicycles, locks, umbrellas, mannequins, street life … i always enjoy your posts, and how you tie in the gorgeous photos with evocative words from buddhism. thank you for this moment.

    • thanks kindly Laurie…i do love blues…and all the spaces and places i am able to go to…i am grateful…and i am happy this little blog is a calm space…even for but a moment. 😀

      • ps. and i am not a buddhist…i simply find words that apparently a buddhist has said or has written…then i think about it…or a word…linger in it for a moment or two….
