Right concentration, or absorption is the eighth point of the path. Usually we are absorbed in absentmindedness. Our minds are completely captivated by all sorts of entertainment and speculations. Right absorption means that we are completely absorbed in nowness, in things as they are.

  1. Thank you so much for the opening reminder – it brought me right back to now! The second photo is a beauty, and the first, and the 4th and 5th and 6th and 7th. Well all of them really. Of course I had to pause over Please Wait To Be Seated until I got it 🙂
