Great shots…They struck me as looking rather Eastern European and at first I wondered if you were traveling. The last line explains it all. Is there a big Ukrainian population (or descendants of Ukrainian immigrants) in Alberta? Cheers!
yes it’s a wee time warp…really wonderful place…the role playing among the people was enjoyable and annoying all at once…and yes there is an active Ukrainian community in Alberta…not sure what the size it…but their presence is known and shared 😀 Cheers Chris compose a happy day!
I agree with milfordstreet (above): great shots. Re his wondering whether there is a big Ukranian population in Alberta — how could you resist telling him that the nickname for Edmonton is Edmonchuk? (Or perhaps that’s just a Calgary joke…)
