According to Buddha
Beginning with the early dawn of each day, I will radiate joy to everyone I meet. I will be mental sunshine for all who cross my path. Before the unfailing light of my cheer, darkness will take flight.
i can’t make the hills
the system is shot
i’m living on pills
for which i thank g-d
i followed the course
from chaos to art
desire the horse
depression the cart
i sailed like a swan
i sank like a rock
but time is long gone
past my laughing stock
my page was too white
my ink was too thin
the day wouldn’t write
what the night pencilled in

Lovely images, Hedy. It looks like you woke up early to make these. It also looks rather cold. Brrrrrr. I like the Buddha’s words that you selected for today. Such positivity. Okay…off to the gym. Have a wonderful Sunday!
it was a foggy frosty morning…it felt strange for November…i’m hoping for snow now…it was so dark when the snow is here it is brighter…great gym day…i’ll do my restorative yoga later…and walk my mutts…sending you joy Chris…i appreciate your comments…have a fun day! 😀
Thank you for the joy Hedy. It is a damp morning here and perfect for the gym followed by coffee. I’m hoping for better weather for a walk later. I wish snow for you soon. Cheers!
