i gotta kick these blues
working all day
trying to make pay
wishing these clouds away
i want to feel the sunshine
hit the sand
take a walk in the waves
with nothing else to do
but sipping on suds
working on a buzz
keeping my drink in the shade
taking my time

a delicious beer and tour @ Steam Whistle ~ Toronto  ~ June 2017

  1. What a wonderful series, Hedy. I see you have an admirer . . . (fork lifter). Joe Rogan, must tune in again, I haven’t heard him for a while. Anyway, many congratulations on this superb series. All best wishes, Hariod.

    • smiles Hariod it was a little stop after a CN tower visit…it was hot and the people who worked there said come in for a tour so i did…it was most interesting i sipped a cold beer…it was 5 o’clock somewhere that monday 😉 😀 cheers!

  2. Hot summer days and cold beer, it’s tough to think one could exist without the other
fantastic photos Hedy, I hear they sometimes give samples at these places

  3. Very nice series, just don’t overindulge and you are fine. Hard not to trying all the samples though. Enjoy

    • well as a sloppy buddhist i have…i work on mindful drinking which comes with maturity and wisdom and trying enough of those samples…experience…knowing…once we went a scotch tasting…oh my that was back a bit though…i was “scotched” as they say 😉 😀 cheers Terry 😀

  4. Looks good! 🙂 Greetings from Germany… 😉

  5. This looks like a good brewery tour. In so many, you don’t get to see this much. You were able to get some good images, Hedy. Happy Wednesday. Cheers

    • it was shiny and clean and the tour was very interesting i also liked the smells…and of course a little taste was also enjoyable ~ cheers Chris 😀

  6. Good story. 🙂 One picture is missing. You sipping a beer. 🙂

  7. I love all the wonderful colour! Green green green! And red and blue. Beautifully composed photos.
    Alison

    • green ran through the whole space…in the metals…the woods…and it has wonderful light…bright and fresh feeling…it was a funny monday morning ~ cheers Alison! 😀

  8. I don’t drink alcohol, nor take mind altering drugs, it’s best to be sober enough to find happiness where it truly is: in nature and within one’s own heart.

Compose a glorious day, Hedy. 😀
    Love, Genie

    • yes Genie it is in nature for sure…each day i find beauty…ahhhh bit i still have a few vices…and i do work on mindful and occasional…as i’ve learned choose your habits carefully…

compose a happy weekend Genie…sending you loving kindness, and joy ~ love hedy

  9. Excellent and interesting.

      • Oh, nice! I’m glad you had some serious R&R.

        • Back now it was a joyful time with lots of ☀️ and grand baby 👶 time so fun!

          • I didn’t think you were old enough to have grandkids…it just shows what a young point of view you have, a definite plus in my view.

          • one little 🐵 it’s really fun…all new scripts and a new chapter well into my 5th decade already 😳 he calls me ‘go go’ short for grotjie which is Granny in Dutch…🤓 I feel refreshed after being with babies and dogs…smiles Lynn have fun day!
