moon walk ~ Edmonton, Alberta ~ October 2018

  1. Haven’t heard those lyrics in a while. Nice words and images. (And you, with the mysterious thought-provoking numbers, beautiful too.) 🙂

  2. I love these

  3. nice!🍂

  4. Got almost sucked in by the trivia book mentioned above, but managed to break free. This happens often when I let my mind wonder about the hidden little treasures in your posts. Had of course to look up the source of your quote; seems to be a Taiwanese Buddhist nun (still alive) who goes by the name of Master Cheng Yen. I especially like the discussion she had once with some catholic nuns, credited with having made Master Cheng Yen realize that Buddhism had to do more than simply encourage the private cultivation of people’s souls.

    • yes Master Cheng Yen is new to me…just starting to look further into her narrative…thank you Urban for sharing…and yes it is much more than ‘than simply encourage the private cultivation of people’s souls’…no ‘ist’ or ‘ism’ has ‘the’ answer…but I don’t know…

      • I don’t know what photo you’re talking about, but am happy you have what sounds like a decent, engaging group of folks to talk photography with. 🙂

        • 6. A meal at Mh Zh – red lentils with herbs, hummus Bling, and grilled farm bread. probably lunch or dinner not a brunch…it looks delicious 😋 and yes…I’ve enjoyed learning to ‘talk’ about photos…it’s always tricky situation with groups of humans 🤓☺️
