According to Buddha

Direct this positive breath specifically to perceived obstacle-creators and troublemakers. Poor humans . . . generating their own bad karma and sorrow, seeking happiness and fulfillment in all the wrong places. Simply breathe in and out. Let the natural flow wash away and re-harmonize all obscurations on the windshield of your inner “iye.

Mount Rundle and Sulphur Mountain in Banff National Park  ~ May 2019

  1. I don’t think I could smile any wider. Each photograph beautiful in its own right and completely different from each other.

    • I always remember these words from Thich Nhat Hanh ~ Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful. ~

humble thank you and smiles back…compose a beautiful day Michael ☺️✌️💫

      • We could use a lot more smiling in this world. Spread it around. Other people will get the idea. And that’s the best Karma you or I or anyone could possibly have.

  2. the first and last photos say it all….fantastic

  3. Oh, lucky you! So beautiful, Hedy.

  4. I see the mountains have come out to play. And a little squirrel too. Sweet.
    Alison

    • yes I told the squirrel ‘come here’…did a little click click and suddenly it just darted up to me and I captured more entraining poses it was as though it was asking me ‘what are you looking at’…so sweet to me ☺️ have a joyful day Alison 💓

  5. Beautiful landscapes.

  6. Breath in the harmony of nature’s surrounding beauty. It is always timely.
It may be harsh. It may threaten, damage, even kill! Its purpose is always fully beneficial.

    • yes the fires here in northern Alberta are harsh…the smoke was so thick here in etown…I couldn’t even go outside…but today the winds have blown it away hooray…breathing in and out feels so much better ☺️ sending you beauty and joy Eddie 💫

  7. Hello Miss Hedy … I loathe selecting images, but the first and last are gorgeous! Is that your beautiful pooch? Bigs smiles from me … 😃👏

    • I do as well Julie…of course certain images do have a more emotional impact for me…but yes choosing and culling are the challenge 🤓 no I was critter free in the mountains…I do love dogs and this one looked so sporty…I thought it was cute 🐶 have a joyful day ~ hugs hedy 💫

  8. sooooo great… ….and that dog rocks!!! 😀 🙂 wow, what a capture! 🙂

  9. A lovely place Hedy. Such beauty. 🙂 How does one say a “Marmotte” in English? Hmmm. ‘Have it on the tip of my tongue… Marmot? That sounds too simple… 🙂

    • yes it is a Marmot…it was so cute…also startled me…running up and then I felt it was talking and looking at me…it was funny ☺️🙂🙃

  10. And thank you for your posts. They (almost) always bring peace to my mind. (Much needed sometimes) 🙂
