    We think, we believe, that we cannot know therefore we make up little comforting personal sayings to hide our sense of helplessness. Many of those sayings are prayers, even more disempowering! The truth is, we do not need to hide and we do not need to pretend that we do not care. There is always the better way to express life, however we think of it as short, or long. We can always choose to express our personal life in the compassionate way. I have found over several decades of “discovery” that for me it’s the only way our *human* type of life can ever make any sense.
