According to Buddha
This is the real secret of life — to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.
bicycle, bicycle, bicycle
i want to ride my bicycle, bicycle, bicycle
i want to ride my bicycle
i want to ride my bike
i want to ride my bicycle
i want to ride it where i like

Great quote Hedy, have a nice Sunday!!!
you to Paulo…back unpacking and then repacking ☺️🤓 hope you’re having a joyful day…smiles hedy ☺️🤗💫
Fun photos facilitate perfect examples of how ‘work’ becomes play.
☺️🤓 thank you Eddie I could feel their speed…it was a delightful experience to witness 🤓 sending you sunshine 🌞 and a handful of joy🤗
Excellent.
Humble thank you Rabirius ☺️🤗✌️
Didn’t Alan Watts say that about play?
indeed he did 🤓 The Way of Zen (1957), one of the first bestselling books on Buddhism. In Psychotherapy East and West (1961), Watts proposed that Buddhism could be thought of as a form of psychotherapy and not a religion.
have a playful day Mike🙂🙃😄 smiles hedy ☺️💫
Nice cycling images, Hedy. I wish you some happy pedaling (or whatever you do) this week. Cheers!
well the car is broken down so I’m happy I have a bike ☺️bicycle 🚵 back from cowtown…now pack for Lima 2019 Pan American Games…I look forward to another adventure 🤓 hope you also have a happy week…I can’t believe its already August 11 😳 happy day to you Chris!🤗💫
Used my bicycle a lot the last days. So much faster than a car in a small village. And I can take the lake route. 😎 Excellent choice to go black and white. I am always overwhelmed by the colours of the tricots. Smiles and happy days. Reinhold
Having raced bicycles for many years, many years ago, the quote is very fitting. Riding 300 to 400 miles a week training, and then racing on weekends, was grueling and often very painful. There were times I thought I can’t do this anymore, but training a racing was so much fun and exhilarating, I went back Jack and did it again and again and again.
wonderfully looks
like my volunteer
job, hedy!
wishing you
a happy cycle 🙂
built for speed.
I could feel them speeding by…in a flash Gavin ☺️💫
Quite true. Never could understand people who hate their jobs. Mine always were fun. (Albeit hard in many aspects)
Did I read well? Are you going to Lima?
Hmmmm well I escaped from the university so that was fun 🤓😉☺️ Now…flying…loooong trek ☺️💫 have a happy day Brian 💫
It is a long flight from your neck of the wood. But by now you should be enjoying Lima. How is it? Daughter #2 just been there on a development project and liked it very much.
ahhhhh yes and then a thunderstorm in TO made it longer…but that’s not a problem…I got some yoga 🧘♀️ to put myself back together after these long flights….day 2 and yes snooping and looking and smiling…people are wonderful 🙂🙃😄 what sort of development was she working on Brian? smiles hedy 😄
Lima seems nice. She is working on a big Gender Equality project covering 8 countries. Putting the finishing touch on her report this week. 🙂
WOW wonderful intelligent daughter 🤓 you must be so proud Brian ☺️…it’s always fascinating and fun as an outsider…it’s loud and busy and so much his/herstory 🤓 went to Place of Memory, Tolerance and Social Inclusion (LUM)…😔…I’m grateful to see and learn a bit more about Lima. ☺️💫
