According to Buddha

The greatest thing you can do for another being is to provide the unconditional love that comes from making contact with that place in them that is beyond conditions, which is just pure consciousness, pure essence. That is, once we acknowledge each other as existing, just being, then each of us is free to change optimally. If I can just love you because here we are, then you are free to grow as you need to grow.

come tip toe through the window
where the window is where i will be
tip toe through the tulips with me
tip toe from your pillow
to the shadow of a willow tree
and tip toe through the tulips with me

store bought tulips in the garden ~ etown ~ May 2020

  1. Reds and greens and Tiny Tim. Have a great day at whatever you’re doing, Hedy. Cheers!

    • yes whatever…I’m never bored…actually enjoying the dialled back pace…I’m gardening…getting stronger Chris moving dirt etc🤓💪 ☀️ and sun woot woot…I cook, yoga..dog…visit a tiny bit 🙃🙂hope you are well sending joy 💫

  2. Beautiful tulip series, Hedy.. That’s a wonderful early recording of Tiptoe Through the Tulips.

    • right so cool…I didn’t know it or that there was one from 1929 🤔 thanks kindly for your comments Timothy ~ sending joy hedy 💫

  3. Love, for self or another, is not ‘love’,
    when it is chained.
    Love must be unconditional.

    • agree Eddie ☺️❣️love has so many meanings…I like Rumi’s “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”… have another joyful day ~ hugs🤗

  4. Nicely done ✅ Good song choice but seeing the name Bond and the tulip 🌷 petals made me think of Louis Armstrong’s “We Have All The Time In The World “

  5. Wonderful words. And the tulips are in the middle of a change.

  6. Only animals are capable of providing this type of Love. Human love is “conditional.”

  7. love the tulip visual commentary on the Buddha’s guidance: petals increasingly falling off = tulips “just as they are” and to be loved, just as they are…

  8. The photos, the flowers, the quote – all beautiful, a little delight for me on this sunny morning.
    Alison

  9. The framing is really great in all the pictures. Amazing works!

  10. I hadn’t thought about tip toe in years! Thanks Miss Hedy … delightful images, tulips are divine. How is that dirt moving going? 🙂

    • Always thought of it as a creepy song by tiny tim but then I found the 1929 version by Annette Hanshaw but actually it was made popular by guitarist Nick Lucas…so I learned more along the way…took 2.5 days and my whole body felt it…even blinking was hard 😂👍💛🌷 we need heat for things to grow it’s -1 but warming to 14 later so that will help. Hugs and smiles to you Julie 🤗🙋‍♀️🤗💕

  11. Tu-lip toe?

    • I really do like tulips a lot…and toes okay okay…I know a pretty direct song connection ☺️🤓 have a good one Brian ~ smiles Hedy

  12. Beautiful words and insightful images. I love what you share, Hedy. Thank you.😊

    • Humble thank you Kiorarash ☺️ I’m delighted to make post that touch others I’m glad you say…appreciated Hedy 🤓😀☺️💫
