When I’m in a lot of pain, I try to remind myself that this is just a passing illusion and will be okay, the same way clouds pass by us overhead…
Pain is a hard story to live…I’ve dealt with my own pain in various ways Hetty as well…a passing illusion is not one I’ve tried yet…but yes I often think of the bird who flies into a window…how they get up immediately and some how keep going…I don’t know…pain is tricky for me sleep is a good meditation…sending you blue skies thanks kindly for sharing 🤓🙏☺️💛💙hugs hedy 💫
