According to Buddha

However deep your
Knowledge of the scriptures,
It is no more than a strand of hair
In the vastness of space;
However important appears
Your worldly experience,
It is but a drop of water in a deep ravine.

  2. nice 👍👍

  3. Wow, Hedy. I really like how you photographed the teepee. It looks amazing. Have a great week.

  4. A warm light in the night. I like the teepee and the pictures.

    • Soft snow falling it as magical and dreamy actually…calm and happy voices of humans laughing and talking…I love it as well🤍🕊🤗happy night to you dear Alex💫💛

  5. Fascinating photography. Apply deep thinking and great
    understanding of photographic principles.

    love, Eddie

  6. Oh wow! Yes!!💕

  7. Beautiful series of photos, Hedy, and such a great quote to open this post. When we can humbly see that as individuals we are but specks of dust, but as a united village/community we can become something more. Wishing you a great Sunday ~

    • I like the idea of “united village/community we can become something more.”…I can imagine this Randall 🕊🙏and I’m wishing you a wonderful day, Tuesday ☺️☀️❄️sending joy hedy

  8. I love this serious. The photos are gorgeous.

  9. It’s fascinating to me to see these cloth and wood structures in the snow. And they’re particularly beautiful in black and white. Very poetic. Is this an annual festival?

    • Yes one of the best outdoor ones to me…in nature in the woods…not fenced…and I see some friends…I also liked the b/w feeling over the neon bright hues…but as I’ve said I’m craving colour, sigh🤍❄️🤗thanks Lynn big hugs hedy💫🕊

  10. So interesting that you captured this gorgeous event in black and white. Beautiful work.

    • It was gorgeous Laurie and yes I erased the colours…the photos seemed more real in b/w for me…as much as I’m yearning colour☀️🤓thanks for your comment ~ hugs hedy 🤗💫

  11. Love your captures of light in the night 💖🙏✨

    • It was snowy and gentle outside…a real treat to walk and hear the sounds of happy humans🤓☺️👣💛✌️happy day to you Val 🤗🕊

  12. Fine set; in b&w great. 🙂

    • I did erase the colour which was pleasing in the real Harrie seemed artificial in the fotos…so made that decision🤍🖤hugs over the pond hedy 🤗💫

  13. That second photo especially is fabulous – what a mood you captured.
    Alison

    • ☺️🙏thanks kindly Alison…felt good to be out and have a dream…a memory of simpler days…sigh…☀️💛☺️always appreciated ~ hugs hedy🤗💛

  14. Wonderful shots of wigwams… 👏🏻
And yes, we are but mere drops of water. But each drop unique… 😉
